The family calendar that plans your homeschool

Yezbi is a homeschool planner and family calendar in one. Pick your curriculum, and Yezbi lays out each child's lessons. Then it fills your week with books, videos, projects and local events that fit what they're learning.

The sample family is made up. It opens in the real app with no account, and nothing you do is sent anywhere. Or see how it works.

Yezbi's week view for a made-up family with four children: each day's lessons, meals and outings as colored cards, one color per child, with finished lessons crossed off.
The week: every child's lessons, meals and outings, one color each. The real app, with a made-up family; course names simplified.

Made for homeschool

Built around your homeschool

Yezbi is a family calendar made for homeschool from the start, not a calendar with a school tab added on.

Your curriculum is already here

More than 150 programs are ready to schedule, faith-based and secular. Pick yours, set each child's starting point and pace, and Yezbi lays out the lessons, without typing out a year of lessons.

More about planning

This week, brought to life

Books (including ones already on your shelf), videos, hands-on projects with their materials, and local events and field trips, picked to match what your children are studying this week. Each one shows why it was suggested.

More about Discover

Records that keep themselves

Attendance counts itself from finished lessons, with grades and a reading log alongside. Snap a photo of their work and it goes into the child's scrapbook and portfolio, ready to print at the end of the year or to share highlights with grandparents.

When life happens

Sick day? Missed week? The plan keeps up.

Tap "Life happened" and Yezbi previews the change, then moves what's left forward, keeping each course in order. Back after a missed week? Catch up shows where each child left off, marks the missed days off and moves every course forward.

Changed your mind? Undo puts it all back.

More about Life happened

Yezbi's Life happened sheet: choose everything not done or one course, and which children, then push it forward a school day, do it on the next school day, or skip it. A preview says 15 items will move to Thursday.

Ask Yezbi

Type it in everyday words

Ask Yezbi, the grown-ups' AI helper, turns what you type or say into one of the app's own actions, such as an event, a meal or a list item, or answers a question about your family's plan. Bigger changes show as a draft to check first, and Undo takes a change back.

It runs on our AI provider, Anthropic's Claude, and gets your family's first names so it knows who's meant, never last names, emails, birth dates, ages or notes. Yezbi doesn't keep the conversations.

More about Ask Yezbi

Things a parent might type

  • "Dentist for Ava Monday at 9"An event on Monday at 9, for Ava, to check and add
  • "Tacos Tuesday, and add tortillas to the shopping list"A meal on Tuesday, and tortillas on the list
  • "We're all sick today"Life happened, ready for you to choose what moves

No special screen to buy

Works on what you already have

Your phone, your tablet, your laptop, and the tablet on your wall. Add Yezbi to your phone's home screen and it keeps itself up to date.

  • The family display: any tablet becomes the family's shared screen, with each child's day as big picture cards to tap done.
  • A privacy cover and a night setting keep it calm, and a PIN keeps the grown-up side closed.
  • A Yezbi display of our own is coming.

"Typical smart family calendars" means four popular smart family calendars, from their own public product, plan and help pages as of October 28, 2026. "Not found" means we didn't find it on those pages. Features and plans vary by brand, and some calendars do things Yezbi doesn't yet, such as two-way iCloud sync.

Made for parents

Parents plan. Children see their day and tap done.

Yezbi is built for the grown-ups who run the week. Children get a simple, calm view of their own day.

Read the Yezbi Privacy Policy for how the apps handle your family's information, and ask us anything at privacy@yezbi.com.

  • Children don't have accounts. They see their day on the family display, and a PIN keeps the grown-up side closed.

Worries, answered

What parents ask us first

"I'm not a teacher."

You don't need to be. Pick the curriculum you've chosen, and Yezbi lays out each child's lessons one day at a time, with ideas for the week to go with them. You stay the one who decides.

"We'll fall behind after a sick week."

Catch up shows where each child left off, marks the missed days off and moves every course forward, with a preview first and Undo after.

"Is it for faith-based or secular families?"

Both. The catalog has faith-based and secular programs, with a filter for each, and Yezbi works with whichever your family chooses.

"How much screen time is this?"

Yezbi is for the grown-ups who plan. Lessons come from your own curriculum, children see their day on the family display and tap done, and videos open on a grown-up's device.

"What happens to my children's information?"

Children never sign up or sign in on their own, and we ask a parent's permission before we save anything a child does. We never sell your family's information, show no ads of our own, and never use it to train AI. How we keep children's information safe.

More questions

Does it work with my curriculum?

More than 150 programs, faith-based and secular, are built in and ready to schedule. If yours isn't one of them, add your own lessons by pasting a list or taking a photo of the table of contents, then check what Yezbi read before anything is saved. Email us the curriculum you use and we'll tell you how it fits.

Do I need to buy a screen?

No. Yezbi works in the web browser on the phones, tablets and computers you already have, and any tablet can be the family display on your wall or counter.

Is it only for homeschool families?

It's built for homeschool families. The calendar, chores, meals and lists work for any family, but the curriculum planning, Discover and records are where Yezbi is different.
