One plan, for the whole family
$99 a year or $9.99 a month
First month free. No credit card to start.
Then $99 a year or $9.99 a month, renewing automatically until you cancel. Cancel online any time.
One plan covers every grown-up and every child in your family, with no charge per child. See what's included.
The first month
Every new family starts with a free month of Yezbi, with no card needed. Before it ends, we'll tell you how to choose a plan. We won't charge you unless you choose a plan and enter your payment details yourself. If you don't choose one, we'll tell you what happens to your access before anything changes, and you can always export your family's information.
Paying
When paid plans start, payments are handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own page. We never see or store your full card number, and Stripe receives no information about your children.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel a plan online any time. It stays active until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and then it doesn't renew. We don't refund the unused part of a month or year, except where the law requires it. If we charged you by mistake, or Yezbi was unavailable to you for a long stretch, email support@yezbi.com and we'll make it right, including with a refund.
Your family's information
Whatever you decide about a plan, the family owner can download your family's data at any time in Settings › Privacy & Data.
